Reflections & Intentions: A New Years Resolution Workshop (Online)

It’s time to reflect on your past year and set your intentions for the year ahead. In this workshop, we’re setting aside your busy day-to-day to create the time you need to prepare for 2021. Local wellness creative Janessa Jackson will lead you through a series of writing exercises so you can connect with how you felt throughout this year and ask yourself where you want your energy to go next year. Participants will walk away with a vision for 2021 and the actionable steps you need to take to get there.
Over the last five years, I have led New Years Resolutions sessions with close friends. Each year, I worked on a new method that allowed us to not only set goals for the year ahead, but to reflect on how the past year went. Taking time to reflect gave us the chance to really dig deep and learn about the fears and choices that either held us back or propelled us forward. After four years, I have found a method that truly works and I’m rounding out 2020 feeling accomplished and closer to my truest self.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own journal, a workbook will be emailed to participants prior to the event.
